Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your package back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

International Shipping

International orders typically arrive within 7–20 business days. Delivery times may be longer for remote areas, during peak seasons, or due to customs processing, logistics providers, or local delivery conditions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
